- Educational agents to coordinate admissions digitally
We act as a technology and process facilitator, not as a university or visa-issuing authority.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 17 years old or legally eligible to apply for higher education
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes
3. User Accounts
- Users must create an account to access services
- Login may be OTP-based via mobile number or email
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Any activity performed using your account will be treated as authorized by you
- ecgrade.com is not responsible for misuse caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence
4. Admission Process Disclaimer
- Admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities
- ecgrade.com does not guarantee admission, visa approval, or seat availability
- University eligibility criteria, interviews, document requirements, and deadlines apply
- Admission outcomes may change due to university policies, government regulations, or documentation issues
5. Payments & Fees
- Fees paid on ecgrade.com may include booking fees, service charges, or processing fees
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- ecgrade.com does not store card or banking details
Important Notes:
- Fees once paid may be non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
- University fees, tuition fees, and government charges are governed by university policies
- Currency conversions and bank charges are the responsibility of the user
6. Refund & Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service or university policy.
Application rejections, visa delays, or interview outcomes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted through official support channels.

7. Document Submission
- Users must upload genuine, valid, and clear documents
- Submitting false, forged, or misleading documents may result in:
- Application rejection
- Account suspension
- Reporting to the concerned university or authority
- ecgrade.com is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or fake documents
8. Communication & Notifications
By using the platform, you consent to receive:
- Email notifications
- WhatsApp or SMS updates
- System alerts related to your application
These communications are considered essential for service delivery.
9. Role of Agents & Universities
Agents and university contractors have separate dashboards.
ecgrade.com is not responsible for independent commitments made by agents outside the platform.
All official communication and status updates must be verified through ecgrade.com dashboards.
10. Limitation of Liability
ecgrade.com and ECGrade Nexus Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Admission rejections or delays
- Visa refusal or embassy decisions
- Changes in university intake dates or policies
- Losses due to incorrect information provided by users
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid to ecgrade.com.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, design, and software on ecgrade.com are the property of ECGrade Nexus Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without written permission.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
- Restrict access in case of fraud, misuse, or legal concerns
- Remove content that violates applicable laws or platform rules
